If the data analysis results are incorrect, please check the following points:
- In [Display Setting], check if important fields are involved in manual/machine coding (fields in [Info] would not show in coding);
- Check that the codebook categories are set up correctly, such as options and keyword settings. (If the keywords are not set, performing machine coding will not produce results);
- Check whether the manual coding process is correct and whether questions are missed. You can check the number of coding tasks on the [Coding Performance] page, and check if the coding results exist in [Quality Monitoring];
- Check whether the codebook categories have been modified during or after the coding process, resulting in the categories and coding results not being able to correspond. In this case, it is recommended to re-execute the machine coding or manual coding;
- Check whether data restriction functions such as [Filter] are used while doing statistical analysis, resulting in inconsistencies between the displayed data sources and expectations.
If the above items have been checked and confirmed but the data result is still incorrect, you can contact the customer service info@divominer.com via email, send the URL of the page with incorrect data, and take a screenshot to explain where it is incorrect, so that we can better assist you.
