There are two types of accounts of the Project: administrator(s) and coder(s). The difference is that administrators can perform all management operations, such as creating and managing databases, modifying coding results, and doing statistical analysis. Coders can only access the coding page and perform manual coding on the content.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To add an administrator or coder to an existing Project, click [Invite] on the right side of the Project list.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

There are two ways to add members. The first method is to \u201cAdd through search\u201d: enter an existing DiVoMiner\u00ae user\u2019s nickname or email information for search, then select whether this user is an \u201cAdministrator\u201d or \u201cCoder,\u201d and click \u201cAdd\u201d to invite the member to this Project.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Note: The number of administrators and coders in a Project project is limited to the Project capacity. If the number of administrators in the current Project is full, you cannot add more administrators. If you need to add, please upgrade the Project (go to the Project list and select the corresponding Project, then choose [Extend\/Upgrade]).<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The second way is to [Add through link]: copy the link in the pop-up window and send it to others. The member who has access of the link can join the Project with the Project administrator\u2019s approval.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

To change the role of a Project member or delete a member, go to the Project setting section, and click [Project member] to switch the member\u2019s role. And click [Remove] on the right side of the member to delete this member.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n
