Yes, [Sampling Library] does occupy the data capacity and file capacity of the Project. After sampling, an independent sample database will be established, and its operation will be separate from the parent database. That means multiple databases will be running in parallel in the same Project.
It is recommended to regularly clear the [Recycle Bin] to release topic capacity.
