Starting a research project on DiVoMiner® is the same to start a “Project”. There are two editions of Project on the platform: Learning Edition and Research Edition.

A Learning Project is for learning the operation and usage of the platform, which is provided free of charge.

A Research Project is for research purpose and needs to be paid.

The accessibilities of the two editions are different. The amount of data, file storage space, and the number of variables in the free learning version is relatively limited. For research purpose, it is more appropriate to buy a Research Edition.

• The amount of data for free Learning Edition is 1000 units with file storage space of 10MB; support 10 categories in maximum, 1 administrator account and 2 coder accounts. Project functions upgrading is NOT available.
• The amount of data for Research Edition (standard version) is 100,000 units, with the file storage space of 10GB; support 100 categories in maximum, 1 administrator account and 6 coder accounts. More project functions upgrading is available.

You can use the platform according to your needs. It is recommended to start with the free Learning Edition, familiarizing with the operation process, and then proceed to the Research Edition, to start your in-depth research journey!

In addition, the platform provides some cases for your reference. Through the demonstration cases, you can have a better understanding of how to use DiVoMiner® for research.
