How to use [Data Exploration] – [Keyword Statistics]

The [Keyword Statistics] function is used to count the number of times that certain keywords appear.

Click [Data Exploration] – [Keyword Setting] in the pop-up box to set the “Variable” and the need for “Keywords”, click OK to start statistics. The statistical results will be stored in the [Keyword Statistics] field, and you can view the results in the [Coding Library], [Quality Monitoring] and [Statistical Analysis], allowing for multivariate analysis with other fields.

Click the exclamation mark to view the current statistical fields and statistical keyword information.

Interval Range: Set the statistical interval for the frequency of keyword occurrences. The default interval is 2, indicating that the frequency of keyword occurrences is divided into 5 intervals: 0-2 times, 2-4 times, 4-6 times, 6-8 times, and above 8 times. The interval can be customized as needed.

Click on [Keyword Statistics] at the top right of the chart to recompute the statistics.

The generated results are stored in the [Keyword Statistics] field and can be analyzed.
