How to expand (upgrade) projects? How to check the used data volume and remaining storage space of a project?

There are two ways to view the volume of data and storage space consumed for each project.

The first way is to go to [Data Management] – [Overview] page. Users can view the data capacity and file capacity here.

The second way is to go to [Project Settings]- [Project Information] to view the current usage of the project.

The Learning Project can be used to complete small-scale studies, providing a capacity of 1,000 data entries and a file capacity of 50MB. If more data and file capacity is needed, you can purchase the Research Project.

Standard Research Project for use in research projects with large data demand. Each Standard Project providing 100,000 data capacity and 10GB file capacity. If these are insufficient or more administrators or coders need to be added, you can upgrade the project to expand the capacity. To initiate this process, navigate to the homepage, then proceed to the project list and select [Extend/Upgrade].

Project will not be available after expiration, it is recommended to download and backup all data before expiration to avoid data loss. Click to view the methods for saving project data
